Thanks to everyone who participated in auditions for our May 20th Spring Show/LAMAR MS SOLO & ENSEMBLE CONTEST! Please see your student email for further details, even if you were not offered an invitation to perform your song in the May 20th Spring Show this week as I will be sending critique sheets and other details out. For those students who were offered an invitation, PLEASE SEE YOUR STUDENT EMAIL TO ACCEPT OR DECLINE YOUR OFFER VIA GOOGLE FORM by 3/24/23. Your failure to accept or decline your offer by 3/24/23 means you automatically decline and I will be offering your spot to the next student(s) in line with the next best ratings. 

SPECIAL SHOUT-OUT TO NAOMI GOSTYLO FOR RECEIVING SUPERIOR RATINGS FROM THE JUDGES WITH HER SOLO, but has declined to be in the spring show.

EVERY YEAR, THE BOOSTER CLUB HELPS SUPPORT OUR CHOIR STUDENTS BY VOLUNTEERING LABOR AND CONTRIBUTING MONEY. TO CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THE CHOIR IN ALL THE WAYS THAT WE WOULD LIKE, WE NEED TO RAISE FUNDS FOR CHOIR EFFORTS. HERE ARE SOME EXAMPLES OF WHAT YOUR CONTRIBUTION WILL MAKE POSSIBLE:

$10 (BUYS A MEAL FOR A KID ON REHEARSAL OR CONCERT DAY)

$25 (COVERS COST OF CHOIR T-SHIRT FOR A STUDENT IN NEED)

$50 (COVERS COST FOR A STUDENT IN NEED TO GO ON A FIELD TRIP)

$100 (COVERS TRANSPORTATION FOR FIELD TRIP SUCH AS UIL SIGHT READING & EVALUATION)

$250 (COVERS REFRESHMENTS AND OTHER COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH OUR “THAT’S A WRAP PARTY)
